Fishing season -May - September
Likely Shore Locations - Giltheads Breed outside of UK waters and migrate to a few Southern UK locations for the warmer months they are found in Estuaries and brackish water

Methods - An area that needs to be explored!! They are bottom dwellers feeding on Mussles , crabs and small fish . It will require a great deal of dedication to crack this nut. We did capture a Gilthead bream on fly a couple of years ago although it was hardly a monster. Giltheads are No 1 on my Uksaltwaterflyfishing hit list. They are renound for fighting like Demons too!
Flies - Small Clousers Crabs and shrimp patters hopefully !!
